Day 1: Dehradun to Barkot via Mussoorie
Distance: approx. 140 km | Travel Time: 5–6 hours
Your pilgrimage begins from Dehradun, the gateway to Char Dham Yatra. After pickup from the airport or railway station, drive toward Mussoorie, one of the most popular hill stations in North India.
You can stop at Kempty Falls, a beautiful natural waterfall surrounded by hills. Continue the journey through scenic Himalayan roads to reach Barkot, located on the banks of the Yamuna River.
Check into the hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Barkot.

Day 2: Barkot – Yamunotri Darshan – Barkot
Drive: 45 km to Jankichatti | Trek: 6 km one way
After breakfast, drive to Jankichatti, the base point for the trek to Yamunotri Temple. From here pilgrims start a 6 km trek to the temple.
Those who prefer not to walk can hire pony, palki, or doli services. At Yamunotri Temple devotees take a holy dip in Surya Kund, a natural hot water spring, before offering prayers to Goddess Yamuna.
After completing darshan, trek back to Jankichatti and return to Barkot for overnight stay.

Day 3: Barkot to Uttarkashi
Distance: approx. 110 km | Travel Time: 4–5 hours
After breakfast, drive to Uttarkashi, a famous pilgrimage town situated on the banks of the Bhagirathi River.
Visit the sacred Kashi Vishwanath Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple is one of the most important religious sites in the region.
Spend the evening exploring the peaceful surroundings of Uttarkashi. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.

Day 4: Uttarkashi – Gangotri Darshan – Uttarkashi
Distance: approx. 190 kms round trip
Early morning drive to Gangotri Temple, one of the most sacred shrines dedicated to Goddess Ganga.
During the journey you will pass through scenic Himalayan landscapes and stop at Gangnani Hot Spring, where pilgrims can take a holy dip.
You will also pass through the beautiful Harsil Valley, famous for apple orchards and stunning mountain views.
After darshan at Gangotri Temple, return to Uttarkashi for overnight stay.

Day 5: Uttarkashi to Guptkashi / Sonprayag
Distance: approx. 220 km | Travel Time: 8–9 hours
After breakfast, start a long but scenic drive toward Guptkashi, located in the Kedarnath valley.
Visit the sacred Ardhanarishwar Temple, dedicated to the combined form of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati.
Continue the journey to Sonprayag or Guptkashi for overnight stay.

Day 6: Kedarnath Trek and Darshan
Drive: Sonprayag to Gaurikund | Trek: 18 km to Kedarnath
Drive to Gaurikund and begin the trek to Kedarnath Temple, located at an altitude of 3,583 meters in the Himalayas.
Pilgrims can also opt for pony, palki, or helicopter services.
After reaching Kedarnath, attend the evening aarti and experience the divine atmosphere around the temple. Overnight stay near Kedarnath temple.

Day 7: Kedarnath to Guptkashi
Attend the early morning darshan at Kedarnath Temple. After breakfast, trek back to Gaurikund and drive to Guptkashi.
Spend the evening relaxing after the long trek. Overnight stay in Guptkashi.​

Day 8: Guptkashi to Joshimath
Distance: approx. 160 km | Travel Time: 6–7 hours
After breakfast, drive toward Joshimath via Rudraprayag and Karnaprayag.
Joshimath is the winter seat of Badrinath Temple and an important religious center established by Adi Shankaracharya.
Check in to the hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Joshimath.

Day 9: Joshimath – Badrinath Darshan – Mana Village – Rudraprayag
Distance: approx. 165 km
Drive to Badrinath Temple, one of the most sacred temples of Lord Vishnu.
Before entering the temple, pilgrims traditionally take a holy dip in Tapt Kund.
After darshan visit Mana Village, located just 3 km from Badrinath. Key attractions include Bhim Pul and Ganesh Gufa.
Later drive to Rudraprayag for overnight stay.

Day 10: Rudraprayag to Dehradun

After breakfast, drive back to Dehradun via Srinagar and Rishikesh.
