Goa rules to know in 2026–27. Since August 2026, drinking where it is not permitted, breaking glass bottles, open cooking, unauthorised beach parties and driving on beaches are banned at notified tourist places, with fines from ₹5,000 up to ₹1 lakh. After the December 2025 nightclub fire at Arpora, fireworks and sparklers are banned inside clubs, bars, shacks, hotels and other tourist venues in North Goa.

How much does a Goa tour package cost?
It depends on the hotel, the dates and how many of you share the car. We send one written, all-inclusive price the same day on WhatsApp (+91 73517 07071), with every hotel named. GST at 5% is extra; Christmas and New Year are priced separately.
How many days are enough for Goa?
3 to 4 nights covers North and South Goa. With 5–6 nights you can add Dudhsagar Falls and lazy beach days.
What is the best time to visit Goa?
November to February, when it is dry and sunny. October and March are quieter and cheaper. June to September is the monsoon: green and low-priced, but the sea is rough and water sports stop.
North Goa or South Goa — which is better?

No — Sunburn moved to Mumbai in 2025 and is held in Mumbai again in 2026. Goa’s clubs and beach venues still host big New Year’s Eve events.

It depends on what you want: Baga and Calangute for buzz, Candolim for families, Ashwem and Mandrem for quiet in the north, Palolem and Agonda for calm bays in the south.
Is Goa expensive in December?
December is peak season, and Christmas to New Year is the most expensive week of the year. November, early December and February are better value with the same weather.
Does Goa have a new district?
Yes. Goa now has three districts — North Goa, South Goa and the new Kushavati district, which includes Canacona, home to Palolem and Agonda. Hotels and travellers still describe these beaches as South Goa.
