CHAR DHAM YATRA PACKAGE

Char Dham Yatra Package is a pilgrimage tour of four important Hindu shrines located in the state of Uttarakhand, India. These four temples are Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath, collectively known as Char Dham. The Yatra, which is considered one of the most sacred pilgrimage tours in Hinduism, is usually undertaken by devout Hindus in order to cleanse their souls and attain moksha (liberation from the cycle of birth and death).
The Char Dham Yatra begins from the town of Haridwar or Rishikesh, Dehradun from where pilgrims travel to Yamunotri and Gangotri, the sources of the Yamuna and Ganges rivers respectively. These two temples are located in the high-altitude Himalayan region, and the journey to these temples is considered arduous and demanding.
Next, pilgrims travel to Kedarnath, which is located at an altitude of over 3,500 meters, and is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. The temple is located amidst the majestic Himalayan range and is accessible only by a steep trek or helicopter  .
Finally, the yatra concludes with a visit to Badrinath, located in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand, and is one of the four sites in India's Char Dham pilgrimage. It is believed that Adi Shankara discovered a black stone image of Lord Badrinarayan in the Alaknanda River and enshrined it in the temple. The temple is visited by thousands of devotees every year.
The Char Dham Yatra is undertaken during the months of April to November, when the weather is favorable. The yatra requires good physical fitness and preparation due to the high altitude and mountainous terrain.
